Buy recommendations iRunGuns - Reviews?

Looking at snagging a TM22 and their price is much lower than big box stores. The only thing that seems odd is their shipping is not at all set, nor is GST. GST seems easy (5% on top of purchase price) but how is their shipping?

Thanks folks!

I think you know their price is in USD, right?

Also import fee on .com and shipping fees that equal auction houses.

Yup. I did the math (and they do it too in the end)

The only TM22 I found on their website is feather which is 235 USD which is approximately 335-340 CAD after fees and exchange rate in your credit card. Now add other fees and shipping to it and it will be almost the same as what bass pro has. Also bass pro had it in 50$ off couple of days ago. So not sure how you see this price much cheaper than other stores. Am I missing anything?

I didn't know BP had it on sale :) I'll have to watch out for it to drop again, thanks!

Bass Pro does also match prices. At least they do on ammo. So if somewhere else has the gun on sale, BP might match the price.

If you want, just buy it. I just spent more on taxes on a gun than you’re going to pay.

IRG are very reputable and I had a great experience importing a rifle with them last year. That said, I personally wouldn’t go through the hassle of importing a TM22 when they’re so readily available at major stores already.

It isn't going to be as cheap as you think. Prices are in US dollars, there is a fee to bring it in, shipping and likely other charges. The Rock Island Feather already in Canada is $234.99 American. Roughly $328.99 Canadian. The Derya Feather is $399.99 Canadian. Add shipping and fees and you won't be saving much, if anything.

Ok, thanks! I appreciate the feedback, I think I'll just wait for it to drop a few bucks again at Bigbox

That's where I got mine, they had a deal going for a Feather for 199$ USD. Couldn't turn that down. Even with shipping and fees was still cheaper than anywhere else

Be a lot cooler if they didn’t block half their inventory every sale.

It can be expensive, but this is an expensive hobby... IRG is super great and legit, never had any issues.

Irunguns is great. I bought a shotgun from them about 4 years ago for about $1200 after conversion, shipping, fees etc. The obly store in canada carrying it was at $1650 before tax and shipping.
