Meet up Hunting Buddy

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for someone who has experience in bird hunting. I'm new to Canada and I have my RPAL and a Winchester SX4 Hybrid, which I specifically bought for hunting. I also took a hunting course from AHEIA Calgary, but I was unable to find a buddy there. I do trap shooting sometime and hit 15/25 on average.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me shadow how they do hunting and what the proper gears needed are. I would really appreciate it. If someone is kind enough to take the pain, you can DM me.

 Grouse starts end of september / early october in both ON and MB…. I imagine its close or the same in AB? 

OP are you quadding or walking? If using a quad (ie hitting old logging trails) i suggest break action shotty - cant quad with a loaded shotgun and loading anything else takes too long to load before they run off.
