Ontario: my students tend to get the email allowing them to apply in 10-12 business days, depending on how fast I enter their information in the RCMP portal and get the paper in the mail.

Assuming your instructor is on the ball, it should come in the next couple of days.

If you don't hear in another week, reach out to your instructor. I once made a typo in the email address which complicated matters.
