As I understand it the issue with the P320 comes from differences in parts tolerances from factories in india not being held to the same quality. These parts when even slightly out of spec add up which causes the issue of the P320 discharging randomly. The Canadian version the C22 uses no such parts and this specific case was due to a modified unapproved holster being used which allowed the operator to have their finger in the trigger guard while holstered. I will bet that they lose the suit as there’s nothing wrong with their C22.
