Misc Can anyone ID this rifle?

I've been told it might be a Lee Enfield, possibly a No. 4 MK I or a SMLE. But after looking at photos the magazine here isn't located close to the trigger guard or maybe I'm misunderstanding something. It's my dad in this photo, but he passed away several years ago, or I'd have asked him directly. Anyway, I'll appreciate any insight or clues, thanks!

Your response tells me why though. If you behaved like civilized human beings, maybe the administration would have some reason to listen to you.
