It's not attempting to justify their bans at all.
It's pointing out he is wrong. It is possible, and to say it isn't is more stupid than people saying it is possible.

You're getting locked up over the possibility of something happening which is again, the exact logic that Poly and the Liberals use as justification. That and calling people neaderthals on a pretty civil sub where respect is typically given isn't winning you any points.
