Jeepers, I wish I learned this before I spent an hour of anger management training with my M-LOK flashlight, LOL

Put your nuts on, push the accessory on, turn screws 90°, pull the accessory away, screw it in place.

Try a Ruger MK1 or Ruger MK2.

Sorry I just realized my mistake, I confused the Mk1 with the No.1 which was made prohib by the OICs.
