Gun and gear reviews New Gun - Adler Arms RF224

Post image

I got myself an Adler Arms RF-224 today and boy I really like the look and compact size of this firearm. I was surprised to learn its a 10/22 copy and takes Ruger mags and it also comes with an adapter for Remington 597 mags. Also 2 Ruger 10/22 rounds mags. I am pleased as punch right now. Can't wait to take it to the range and break it in.

Are these all metal or a lot of polymer? That thing looks pretty sweet honestly, haven't been too tempted until seeing yours in back with the mag in it. Too bad Derya didn't go for 10/22 mag compatibility, these look way better than the funny little 10rd Tm22 mags or the goofy banana 25rd

Mostly cast aluminum for the receiver and the trigger group is polymer / stainless mixture... the barrel is amazingly steel ! With a ceracote finish? And solid af may I add . The stock is , of course AR setup polymerishness and the mag adapter is ... you guessed it , metal . Everything else is polymer , pins and springs
