Supposedly a myth. I haven’t had any issue either,other than user error. I’m no marksman but I can make steel sing with my No.5

What a beauty! Admin just posted a video of a horribly Bubba'd Mk5 he acquired, so the timing is perfect. I remember when these were in piles on the floor of S.I.R. back in the day, good times. Should've bought a dozen.

She's in very nice shape! Love the old bolt action carbines, they're handy as hell and a ton of fun to shoot.
