Fix my gun Looking for a screw
Hello Team,
I have a remington 870 tactical express, I juat noticed one of the screws on the picatinny rail is missing. Can anyone tell me where I can buy a replacment? I saw it on amazon but it also saod frequently returned. I would appreciate any insight, as for size I dont know if its No.6 or No.8 but ill mic it at the shop tomorrow.
it's a standard short rail that came with the rifle.
also wanted, to ask if i Can change it from a slot screw to a torque screw, I saw an option for torque screws online but not sure if anyone has done it.

It should be a #6-48, but not a standard #6 screw, as gun screws have different threads. You can try reaching out to Tactical Ordnance; they specialize in shotguns and may sell you the screws or tell you exactly what size to buy. 6-48 screws are cheaper on AliExpress than Amazon.
Might be cheaper to buy a replacement rail kit and use those screws than to buy the screws standalone. Dlask has one, and they're clearing them out before they close.
