Misc Can replicaweaponry.com ship antique replicas to Canada?

Replicaweaponry has a colt SAA replica by Denix, but I am not sure if Canada would end up holding it or out-right not shipping it.

Non-firing replica of antiques are not legally replicas and are legal as per Criminal Code 84(1)'s definition of "replica firearms".

 replica firearm means any device that is designed or intended to exactly resemble, or to resemble with near precision, a firearm that is designed or adapted to discharge a shot, bullet or other projectile at a muzzle velocity exceeding 152.4 m per second and at a muzzle energy exceeding 5.7 Joules, and that itself is not a firearm, but does not include any such device that is designed or intended to exactly resemble, or to resemble with near precision, an antique firearm;

I mean CBSA seize assisted opening knives that are completely legal. They have no legal authority to do so and they still get away with it. I wouldn’t trust anything even marginal to make it through our customs offices.
