I'm counted in that number. Before you jump all over me for it, my employment and security clearance depend on me rigorously following the law.

That said, after seeing the compensation get axed and learning that I could just take a chop saw to my AR-15s, I have 6 total, I've already withdrawn my application and I'll let the CFO in my province know they've been destroyed post Oct 2026 amnesty conclusion.

Or hopefully the SCC tosses some wrenches, or the govt is forced to extend the amnesty again.

Same boat but mines NR.

I'll cut it in pieces and let the CFO know before I risk my license being revoked and losing all my other guns worth way more, and possible not be able to maintain security clearance for work.
