Educate yourself. Ontario is the Most populous Province. Only Quebec is close with barely half. Also feel free to check the results of the last Federal election. Ontario didn’t elect Carney.

The total number is meaningless, since Ontario has more than twice/three times as much population as other provinces/territories. Do a per capita comparison and Ontario isn't that bad.

If you followed your own advice you'd see it's second only behind BC and almost double the countrywide average of 0.023 declarations per PAL holder

NWT and Yukon also have higher rates than Ontario.
