Application / Regulation advice Question about getting a PAL

I’ve went to a sports center the other day, and asked the cashier about firearms. He told me that someone needed to be 18 but I could get one, I just needed to follow the pamphlet they gave me. I am still a minor. One of their things in the pamphlet was that I needed to do a safety test? Which I did pay for but I didn’t not compete yet as it takes 5 hours. If I do the 5 hours + the other step and succeed then I can legally get a firearm?

Do the course, its easy enough that a retarded monkey can pass it. Then submit your paperwork, if you dont have any run ins with Leo then it should be issued to you quite fast.
