Tommy will still be good in this use case. But I wouldn’t trust his parts like buffer tubes / bad guards, etc

I only ordered the mag sleeves from tommy, not anything else. So I'm happy with that at least... Thanks for telling me before I just jumped into it.

I am considering purchasing parts from tommy like handguard and ar charging handle, what are the issues with them?

That makes me hesitate now. Can you please elaborate? Like how it breaks or how many outings before the wear and tear is noticeable?
I am looking for a tm22 handguard and ar charging handle, do you have any recommendations?

These mag sleeves definitely feel snug and sturdy. I'm surprised how solid these are. No wiggle or play between the sleeve and the OEM TM22 magazine.

u/michaelsorrel : is that an offset red dot on your (feather?) TM22 rifle? Cool... I've always wanted to try offset reflex optics.
And your cheek risers: did you add those stocks, or did your TM22's come with cheek risers from the factory??

I hate these mag sleeves stick out further then the magwell. To me it's goofier then the standard mag.

Matt just made me a set of these windowed magazine sleeves.
Here's a photo of the mag sleeves on both my TM22 18" Pro and on my wife's TM 22 16" Pro:

I am really impressed with the quality and finish of these magazine sleeves.
The faux-shell window: it is a clever cutout space inside the mag sleeve. You fill the space with six spent .22LR casings. And voila: you can look like a 30-round hoodlum!
Matt says he is printing in black only right now. This is because he has sourced a special black carbon fiber ingredient to strengthen the print and remove layer lines. Other colors may be possible in the future.
