Application / Regulation advice Benelli M4 status in Canada

Hi,

I am considering purchasing the Benelli M4 and found conflicting information online about its status - some say it's non-restricted, while others (at least one online store in Alberta) says that you need an RPAL for it.

Does anyone know its actual status?

Do it. You're making a good choice. I just wish the M3 was still available.

Tactical imports had an m3 clone although it didn’t sell very well unfortunately and they discontinued it last month

Don’t, even the Italian authentic M3 was not very reliable. Spend that 400 bucks on some ammo and have more fun

No worries dude. Save up for a 1310 or m4 . Totally different world
