Misc Pricing for New FOC Range

I received this email from FOC regarding a new upcoming range operated by Durham Shooting Club, which is always good news especially for GTHA folks trying to secure a club membership. The pricing looks kinda insane to me, the cheapest option is nearly $830 a year with incredibly limited access, an intermediate option for $1068, or you have to shell out $20K.

Oh they drank the same koolaid that Select/Range 519 did.
How did that work out for them again?

Yeah 519's price kind of caught me off guard because Dean the owner is a good dude. I haven't really been keeping up with it. I know they went to pick up only at the store during the week. Did they shut down the range already or?
