Pricing for New FOC Range

I received this email from FOC regarding a new upcoming range operated by Durham Shooting Club, which is always good news especially for GTHA folks trying to secure a club membership. The pricing looks kinda insane to me, the cheapest option is nearly $830 a year with incredibly limited access, an intermediate option for $1068, or you have to shell out $20K.

I feel sorry for anyone who will buy these memberships. I understand that availability of a gun range is an issue for lot of people but this is top tier price gouging.
