Pricing for New FOC Range

I received this email from FOC regarding a new upcoming range operated by Durham Shooting Club, which is always good news especially for GTHA folks trying to secure a club membership. The pricing looks kinda insane to me, the cheapest option is nearly $830 a year with incredibly limited access, an intermediate option for $1068, or you have to shell out $20K.

the rate things are going there isn't likely to be sport shooting in Canada in the 20-25 years it'll take to break even... is this a last minute going out of business cash grab?
