Gun and gear reviews Norinco NR15A

Bought this gun from Tenda for $199 with 500 rounds and it’s shooting pretty good at 33 yards. I put a cheapo $50 Amazon scope on. The bolt isn’t terrible after about 150 rounds. Has fired every time, comes with 2 mags and they both work well. I haven’t had any problems with it yet. I’d say it’s worth the money.

Nice non-biased, quick review. For that price Im going to have a look.

Picked up one these a few weeks ago too. Mine has the black stock. Bolt has smoothed out nicely and it’s a great shooter.

That’s awesome. Got myself the jw15 deal a while back. It took some work to get it nice but was worthwhile still.

How are the mags? The jw-15a mags are trash and don't work very well.

I see they are different ones for this model. No using cz mags anymore?

These ones work fine. Spring is strong

The stock and metal finish is significantly better than the jw15 rifles, definitely a fun little plinker. Only issue for me is the safety, as a lefty, the thumbhole stock makes it nearly impossible to use.
