Application / Regulation advice Signatories can't sign in to GCKey for PAL application

They keep getting a black screen when they try to sign in through their bank that says

Any idea what to do? Can't call in till Monday and my 10 days are almost up. I don't want my application delayed because of a technical glitch

So, I know this might sound strange, but this is what worked for me: they actually have to log in through their financial institution. This is the only way it works. Even if they have their GCkey account set up, it won’t work and will give a black screen.

Are they using a VPN

i got the reference to click the email and sign in to his bank on my phone, don't remember if it was through the bank app or web browser but it worked. Get them to try on a computer or another phone if possible
