Not the message I would have sent. I think a message of a reasonable, grounded law abiding citizen who is responsible enough to enjoy the hobby of firearms and shooting sports comes across much better than a paranoid hillbilly who believes he needs guns because of an ingrained fear of society and impending social collapse.
Not what I'd have sent either. But that's no hillbilly or maybe you meant redneck. Either way, the pic just represents a generic late 20' to mid 30's white male. I've seen , served with, talked to , drunk with , sworn at that guy in downtown Toronto, Mission BC, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and the HRM. I look nothing like him and he doesn't look like a paranoid hillbilly to me.
