Fix my gun TM22 Safety Issues

Hi all. Just got my TM22 Pro, and I was preparing it and noticed that it fires even when on safe. Sometimes when it's in fire, it does not fire, or slam fires (like the Sigs) Anyone know how to fix it?

I would be terrified to touch that gun if it fires on its own.
