Probably not perfect flair but recent news tweaked my curiosity.

How long does a typical law-abiding owner take to make their weapon ready for use?

Or in other words, your weapon and ammunition are properly stored. You hear a noise or see something that makes you suspicious. How long does it take you to get to your gun safe, open it, and then assemble and load the firearm?

How much does that vary between your pistol, rifle, and shotgun?

My guns are in a vault in the basement with trigger locks on them. Also I've got 24" and 26" barrels that are so long I couldn't maneuver around my house with them.

If someone breaks in I'm leaving and calling 911. My guns are for shooting paper.
