Fix my gun How can I mount a grip onto here?

Post image

Bought a sks in an ATI stock at a local shop a week or so ago and looking to add to it but how can I mount a grip onto this location? I’v seen online on other ATIs there’s a rail here, do I just have to get custom with it? Thanks for any advice

Also I do have a wood one as well for the people who will say just stick with wood

I think they might be proprietary though. Not sure if regular Mlok will fit, iirc, the ATI rails have a ridge on the bottom

There is a rail and mounting screws that should’ve come with it, if they didn’t then I would go back to the store and ask about them.

As for installing it, you just removed the gun from the stock same as for any routine maintenance and you’ll be able to pop those two black plugs out and they’ll be holes for screws. Hope this helps

I got it from the consignment section for a good price so can’t complain with that part missing. I appreciate the info though!

Suppose I should just pick this up for the missing rail?

That looks to be the right kit.
