Gun and gear reviews Maverick 88 12 Ga 3'' 20''

Where can I find one in Canada. All seem to be out of stock. Don't want a grey one..

Anyone know anywhere that would order me one ??

Been browsing gunpost but no luck.

Just get an 18.5 and sell when the 20" are available or maybe you'll find that its good enough. The grey ones you speak of are actually tan.

Yeah whatever the color :P Not a huge rush to get it that I need an 18.5.

I just really want a 20" love the look of the barrel and tube being the same length. Plus the extra rounds.

Its honestly more of just a fun gun because I want a pump. I have a semi I use for hunting.

Big price jump, but theres some 20in with the same look in the 590A1 models.

Better accessory selection as well

No hate for the Maverick though. Its the first shotty i bought after getting my PAL. Exact one you want (20 in security black) 🤣. Added pistol grip /adjustable stock combo

Its solid and hasnt had a single issue

Are you deadest on a 88? Why not just get a Mossberg 500 and then just have a gunsmith cut the barrel down for you to match the end of the mag tube?

Yeah I mean I guess that's an option not sure if it'll be worth the price to do that though

So the 500 is just under $200 more than the 88 and i'd arguably easily a better firearm. That said the Mav 88 are fantastic.

As far as the barrel work - I had mine done by Taccord. I had the 26"vent rib barrel given the vang comp treatment but had it cut down to be pretty much flush with the +2 extension i got. They didn't charge me anything extra for the chop.

Not sure if they do all that for 20gauges but it could be a fun side project.

I saw a modded up 20" cruiser on GP. Lots of additions though
