News / Politics / Activism New Sterling Arms lever action 9mm rifle

Obviously this is a cope gun but the idea of a spring assisted lever action seems weird to me

Fuck sterling they sold everyone a gun before getting a FRT number for it then ran away when it got prohibited. Pretty shifty business practice if you ask me. Bragging how they built it specifically for the Canadian market but don’t even check if it’s legal first. Don’t get me wrong this is all a bunch of bull shit but what sterling did with the r9 was just shameful at best.

Your anger seems misplaced. Shouldn't you be angry at the RCMP, who quietly banned the R9 on a Sunday, without telling anyone? Any Canadian buying a firearm, any firearm, should have an idea that it could literally be banned tomorrow, at the stroke of a pen.

Sterling didn’t submit the proper paperwork to the RCMP before selling it.

The RCMP classified the R9 as a variant of a 180B, and since one is a direct blowback gun, and the other is a DI gas gun, clearly the RCMP Firearms lab are incompetent, or lying boobs. It has nothing to do with "proper paperwork", which was in fact submitted, and 100% do to with the RCMP doing what their Liberal masters tell them to.
