Yes, and they ran out of money in Quebec so every firearm listed West of Quebec got no money in the "buy back" they were just confiscated.

This was the plan all along, they are putting all small local gun shops under. A lot of them had to declare bankruptcy because of this.

As much as I completely hate the whole situation going on, that is completely false. There is still money left in the fund and no small gun shops did not go out of business because of this. If a small gun shop went out of business it's purely because of the price increase of anything imported into this country. They just can't make a dime these days, they would have to mark the goods up so high to actually make a profit

Good bot

How many gun store owners do you talk to on a regular basis? Do you shoot at a lot of big competitions where you have a chance to hang out with a lot of them from all across the country often?

It's very clear you don't. Because you wouldn't be saying what you did if you knew anything at all.

Come to some of them, I'd be happy to introduce you to all the gun shop owners and sponsors.

This is a very serious allegation - do you have any supporting data? A lot of = 2, 10, or 100?

Have you not seen how the economy is doing? The libs are trying to bankrupt small businesses of all kinds.

I dont disagree, but when the other guy is asking for concrete data that doesnt rely on anecdotal evidence, and people in this sub reddit have an immediate response to just down voting, we're not really positioning ourselves here as the rational group are we?

You're talking rationally with regard to this issue?

If anyone was rational we wouldn't have this issue!

No amount of logic or misinformation is going to change anything. Libs, cons and NDP hate us Armand are far more focused on their party than Canada or Canadians.

It doesn’t make sense. Where do you guys get this kind of information? Do you use critical thinking at all?

I take it you don't shop with local firearm shops in your area if you haven't heard this.

Go shoot some matches/competitions and you'll get tons of time to talk with many firearm store owners. They'll all back up what I'm saying, it's a big problem.

part of critical thinking is the ability to see truth in facts without needing a specific chart or study to look at every single time you want to have a thought about something.

the claim that small buisness tends to do poorly when 90% of their stock becomes unsellable is not exactly a two sided claim.
