Ahhh the ultimate space gun.

Always seemed like a neat idea but also an answer in search of a question. I get the lower manufacturing costs of not needing brass cases (but something tells me these cost waaaaay more than .223 🤣) but brass is just such a great heat sink to take away heat and protect the powder in unfired rounds from the heat.

Very very cool. Never met anyone that actually has one of these.

There has never been one outside the H&K grey room except for promotional videos. It was purely experimental and never put into production.
