Misc Mohoc PCC, not on FRT. From Turkey. Any chance it can be imported in Canada?
Mohoc PCC. 9mm Parabellum. Any chance we can have it in Canada?

Does it look fun? Then it’s banned, simple.

Hope they design some seni pcc with 5 round magazines but they can be like henry and be able to take Glock or smithwesson mags, chambered in 9mm, 10 mm, 40 sw and 45 acp

Likely banned as a post C-21 firearm, as it is a semi automatic, centerfire rifle with a magazine capacity greater than 5.
Either it would be banned as a variant of named banned firearm, or it was designed and manufactured after Dec 2023.

Quite a few turkish shotguns and rifles with more than 5 capacity released. I actually started a thread on this yesterday. Ardas Alcor comes to mind and so does Celik Chimera. Both were designed post Dec 2023 AFAIK.
My guess is, they can launch a canada specific variant that has only 5 rounds mag and bring only that.

I believe those are based off of some older shotgun designs so they count as variants of those.

Those two existed as push-button-release on the Australian market years before there was a need for them here. Chimera was announced spring 2023.
I don't know if anyone has tested the "originally designed for stanag but your market gets a Crypto magwell" theory yet and I wouldn't bet on it. Note that the AD500 got a proprietary small magazine only.1

Push button and semi auto are extremely different design.
I mean tomorrow if I make a semiauto of dark mountain stowable, it will not be considered same design as that firearm.

Manual of arms is a little different, but push button is usually literally a semi auto with a spring-loaded bolt catch instead of a spring-loaded bolt release. In Canada, the law doesn't distinguish them (both are considered semi auto). See FRN 197848, for example.
A semi auto Stowaway - you might well be right. I shan't bet on that either. But a bolt repeater Stowaway with a box mag (seeing as it currently lacks such convenience) - wouldn't that have a case for being the same design?

Agreed on defn of Semi Auto in CC-84(1) semi automatic firearms.
That being said, it is not unheard of both NR, R and Prohibited variant of same fire arm existing in same FRT. If a firearm semi-auto was originally designed and manufactured with 6+ rounds mag, it will be prohibited. But if it was manufactured with 5 rounds mag, it will be restricted. Both variants of same firearms can and do exist.
We have FRTs of handguns with entries for Prohibited and Restricted based on barrel length for instance.
The law talks about "a firearm" and not "a firearm model".
Meaning they have to just issue the firearm with 5 rounds mag from factory.

The factory magazine is not a proprietary 5 round, so it is definitively prohibited under CC-84(1) prohibited firearm (e) event it is not classified as an AR-9 variant

What if they introduce a variant called "Canada Model" with a magzine pinned at 5? Its not identical model, its a different canada specific model. They can also replace threaded barrel with non threaded one to avoid use of "silencers" as they are prohibited device.
You know the model or the type is not banned in Canada. Only the specific characters are.
Small variations are something Turkish makers often do.
I mean, look at other Turkish small arms made Akdas Alcor 223.

Requires FRT first. Which requires RCMP lab to verify it.
Definitely would be banned as a variant of an APC9 or AR9 or something like that
