I keep my mags loaded, so yes it would be.

You’re not allowed to insert a loaded magazine into a gun in your own home?

Correct because that makes it a loaded firearm. Pal covers this stuff.

Could be cuz I'm in the city and thats just what I do. Rural you might be able to justify it as being "in use" for predator protection or something.

I have literally no way to "use" my guns unless I'm at the range, so I don't risk an improper storage charge by loading guns at home
