I bought a Walter P22 (I think in Canada they are all the target version) during the summer of the ban. It is really nice. Cycles with any ammo I have thrown at it.
What does annoy me is the magazine safety. That and the manual safety. I prefer just the blade style trigger safety.

This is off track but a crazy idea I just thought of. What if you got some sort of 22 pistol that shares a frame with an upper that shoots pistol caliber ammo like 9mm. Would that be illegal then?!? I might just be silly and they prolly only let u buy certain ones. I guess purpose built 22s usually don’t have strong frames or compatible frames anyways

Guys I’m stoned so bear with me here. But the stinger and javelin being on the ban list makes me suspect fuckery. I can’t articulate how or why.
They’re not guns that we could have just bought off our fave gun store, we had no access to them prior to the ban. So why are they on the list? You can accidentally maybe add a generic name like javelin ok sure, but the specific names and models? They had to know these weren’t available.
I don’t know where I’m going with this but the fact that random shit like this ended up being marked prohibited just makes me think it’s part of a bigger puzzle/fuck up. It just makes no sense and I don’t know where to start pointing out the strangeness of it

Even if you could why the heck not? Just go shoot a javelin with the boys b.c gun owners are some.of the most stand up ppl. Imagine you could CC, you know every law abiding owner would be on point when it comes to compliance yet uneducated wanna be gangster dumbasses run around with guns in thier pants. Ukraine needs helping hands in areas beyond the military so I lent mine and had experiences there beyond my imagination.

There used to be a gun store in New West on Mcbride near McD’s….he had a 4 barrel shoulder launcher of some sort hanging from the ceiling. When I asked him about it he said the device itself was NR….but the ordinants were prohibited. Par for Canadian firearms laws.
