That’s more so a joke, because it’s not that those numbers actually matter;

These are going straight to African warlords I'm betting. Considering I saw a story a while back about African militias using Canadian Cadex rifles, it wouldn't surprise me if some of the confiscated guns somehow ended up in the hands of bad actors on the other side of the world. 

Maybe that's Carney's plan to get us out of debt. He'll sell all the confiscated guns at 1000x markup to African and middle eastern warlords?
