There’s just something uncanny about these builds. I think it’s the thin long unthreaded barrel. Just looks out of place to me but damn the rest of this build looks great

It's also the long gas tube system, not much you can do to hide it.

I'm working on a no-thread muzzle brake for the SKS, we'll see how far I get with it.

There are no thread brakes out there and they are soso. Some lock into the front sight with a pin and some just use screws to secure it. Only real good option is to thread the barrel unfortunately

I don't disagree, the barrel is tapered which makes it hard to use a clamp on method. I think it can be done though... if it's a piece of shit I won't sell it :P

TNA makes an SKS diy thread alignment tool, makes it a piece of cake to do.
