That's a great looking project!

How was putting the extended mag release on the hical?

I've wanted to put my SKS with the mag adapter into one of their chassis but wasn't sure about fitament

The extended release is a straight drop in part, just have to disassemble and reassemble

If you're handy with some basic tools, don't mind getting dirty and have some patience, it's very doable at home.

Oh hell yea! I'm not a fan of the hical mag release, I'll def go for the magpul one.

I installed the mag adapter so now I have a new project I guess!
