Howdy Folks!

The Texan is back with yet ANOTHER Gun Appreciation Post, where today, we have something that was at one point available in Canada, but unfortunately…. Yeah 2020 happened and it’s no longer possible. But at the same time, It’s a cool gun, and I actually have one funny enough.

The one and only!

Colt M4 Carbine.

I made mine inspired by the M4 SOPMOD Block II, and honestly it’s one of my favorite rifles to shoot.

Now I know you are all gonna get mad at me in the comments for mentioning Colt. Let me already tell you this:

I AM WELL AWARE OF THE SHIT COLT CANADA IS PULLING AND I DO NOT CONDONE WHAT THEY DO, NOR DO I SUPPORT THEIR ACTIONS. But please, do not go on a rant about Colt Canada in the comments, I am already aware and think it’s wrong what they are doing. But please keep that shit in the politics Megathread.

Anyways.

The Colt M4 Carbine was influential for what it was, and it truly set the standard for what a modern carbine should be.

Can't be overstated how far ahead of his time Stoner was. The KAC SR-15 is basically as refined as the design has become over the last 7 decades and the only noteworthy changes to the design of the internal working components are rounded bolt lugs, reinforced extractor, and ensmallened cam pin hole.

This is in relation to the disclaimer. Are we also mad at companies who are actively advertising deactivation services because they want to make money from the bans or just colt Canada.
