Older tang-safety model in 300winmag. It was my late father’s and I try to put some rounds through it for his sake when I can. Canadian Tire generously had some PPU 300WM on for $30/box so out it came for some shooting.

Is the stock finish lacquer or shellac? Looks pretty slick!
