So you still have to pay someone else to do the deactivation then. I thought it meant they give you $400 and deactivate it for you, i was wondering why anybody would choose turn in for $2 when you can get $400 for deactivating lol
Yep. Basically, the $400 is supposed to act as a rebate. You'll still probably be under the table after everything is said and done, and you'll have a welded piece of shit
