Application / Regulation advice Can someone help me?

The website doesn’t show if it’s restricted or non. But also since it can be fired in a smaller than 26” configuration doesn’t that mean it’s prohibited?

I think OP is probably right.

Though it'd be a transferable Restricted, not a prohib, once the FRT was amended. The confusion may have been introduced by an early model (or the related Axor Wolverine XP) with a fixed buttstock. These shotguns have a folding split receiver (see the hinge at the lower front) which prevents firing when folded that way. See the comments for FRN 197434, which acknowledges the receiver folding and concludes NR. If the gun was subsequently modified, or changed at the factory, with the folding buttstock to fold it another way, then there's an "NR folding shotgun" import which becomes a case of "everyone should've known better." A folding stock is not mentioned in the FRT, while it is for Restricted folding pumps like the Fort.

Pretty slick when triple folded, though (another store has photos), and if the trapshooters had insisted on a 26" barrel it'd have been just fine... Looks like a fake Magpul handguard and buttstock and a fake Fab Defense folding buffer tube.

The folding buttstock could have a disconnect in it that also renders it inoperable while folded. BCL did that with the TRX Bronco for example.
