Why would you change the barrel?….….and leave the stock irons

Only thing you need to do to any glock is new sights, trigger (or polished - connector), and a butt plug

OG barrel has close to 35k rounds that i put through it and it was a rental before i owned it. Rifling is dam near gone, would love to rock the og.

This competition barrel is great though. Probably close 15-20k through it and its still looking new. Stock sights are just fine. Nothing wrong with them at all, I enjoy the stock trigger and I have all new internals.

Butt plug?

Lol you think the stock sights are fine until you upgrade them…… they’re horse shit and I thought the same for 2 years. Buy some Dawson blacked out rear, fibre optic front best money you’ll ever spend on it. You’ll have wished you bought it on day 1. I thought I was somehow “making a statement” by competing with a fully stonk glonk…… Nono I was simply an inexperienced retard 😅🤦‍♂️

Butt plug is just a brass weight and speed ramp that goes in the grip behind the magwell to reduce felt recoil by adding 2oz +/- of weight. Chpws and glockstore both make one

Dawson sights

CHPWS Butt plug

Glockstore Butt plug

I have Dawson sights on my p320 and im not a fan. If anything I'd put glo sights on it. Going on almost a decade with the stocks and they do just fine for my intended use.

Yea I guess if you aren’t competing with it, it doesn’t really matter (and ez way to save a few bucks for ammo)….. my 92s barely has any sights at all 🤣 makes for great confirmation of the hand eye coordination and target focused shooting 🤪
