G17C with a competition barrel, also brought the MCK chassis p320 and a tokarev.

The clays club I am with wants to do something like this so members don't have to wait 7 months while they are closed for the winter. Just a crude structure and one machine.

Might be able to get away with a concrete slab with a roof and some propane heaters. Couldn't imagine a fully enclosed structure would work with the angles you'd need for skeet

I think they are considering even lower tech lol. Gravel floor, unfinished plywood, and a big window with a hinged cover. Propane heater likely.

No major luxury or comfort. Just enough to get out of the elements. The club does not make a ton of money.

Our club is mostly volunteer built. So we've been fortunate. Best of luck and hopefully they get you at least one wall and a heater
