Fix my gun Spends $3500 on a rifle…

Went to shoot my new 307 today. Nope. Weatherby put a short action spring and mechanism in my 7prc magnum bolt. I don’t know how this even happened. Gotta send it back now. Sad Friday…

I wanted something lightweight, carbon stock & barrel and an action that if I wanted I could change components in the future. The 307 checked all those boxes for me and it was about $1000-1500 cheaper than me building something with similar specs. Plus the Alpine CT which is what I ordered is a pretty sexy looking and feeling rifle too. Although it all counts for nothing if it doesn’t shoot.
