Looks cute, I'm not sure I'd want to "assault" anything with it though.

Fuck me, just bought one last month. I'm hoping they don't ban it because the "buyback" declaration deadline is so soon

It won't be on the buy back just prohibited, so you just have to destroy it and no you dont not need to provide proof of destruction. But be sure to not have it if they ever come looking.

Isn’t it easier just to turn it in and have them do the destruction work? Sounds like a hassle.

Isnt it easier to bend over a table and capitulate?

Sure is Just dont know why you'd wanna do that

I just mean like if it has to be done anyway, and one wants to be in compliance, why be forced to do the work when you can force them to do it.

Because theyd do the work anyway and it contributes to the amount of guns they can say theyve retrieved and "gotten off the streets" contributing to them being able to say "we did what we promised and the program is a success"

I do get where youre coming from though. I just think if enough people go the alternate route and declare their stuff destroyed itll annoy them more, and spite is a helluva drug.

This, do not give them the satisfaction, nor fuel for their fires. Or the ability to say it worked so well we will ban even more and every one will comply because they did the last time.
