Can't also stand the people who are like but but see you can defend yourself in Canada!

The point is the defender should be owed deference in this case and should not have to be charged and dragged through court.

Imagine the stress of dealing with a home invader and then ON TOP of that you have to spend thousands and be dragged through the time of court.

Indeed, when you are charged by default and need to prove your innocence defending your home you have no right defending your home.
