Super Weird DM Chat Request Message.

I got a chat request message today. It said “ I will pay 3-4x retail for a working firearm. “ 8 month old account, and the only activity I can see is a post in r/montreal, from yesterday, asking if anybody wants to go to a gun range with them. I’m a member of r/Montreal, and have posted replies to people there asking about gun ranges. So…. Is this some moron who thinks that licensed gun owners sell guns illegally, or some Fed bait?

Man, I wish I’d get these types of messages.

I’ve always wanted to get one, call up the RCMP, and see if we could turn it into a sting. I would absolutely talk it up and make it sound like I was a badass undercover government agent working a top secrete case to friends. 😆

I’d rather not have got that message. The reason I’m posting the story here, is to see if anyone else had this happen.

That’s totally fair. It’s always a little uneasy when someone ‘targets’ you for some level of shenanigans, specially when you want nothing to do with it.

I need to learn how to play TOOL Intolerance on guitar for a dad band rehearsal next week. I don’t want any weird stuff happening, aside from TOOL.
