If you want to ship parts across borders, you need to go with a company that has the permits in place. Brownells is a retailer that can ship to Canada if under a certain dollar amount (250 IIRC). I'd get in contact with the guys at IRunGuns and see if they can go through the process of bringing it over. It'll be costly though.
