Yes, Canadaammoshop.com and primersshop.ca are scams. They will just steal your money.

Wow I definitely just chucked it lol. Just another dumb rule. Is that just for restricted firearms?

Your PAL came attached to a white piece of paper. At the bottom is a condition that you must be able to present the paper w/card upon request of a peace officer. If you also have RPAL it has a few more conditions written on it.

the piece of paper that your license card was glued to when it arrived in the mail has conditions printed on it, but i have only ever seen the RPAL cards

Lot of people laminate it or make a digital copy.

Wallet in a waterproof/zip lock bag? Laminate the card?

There's so much space on the pal cards I don't know why it can't be printed on the card itself
