So a guy has a Beretta 92S. Picks up some Pro Mag 96 mags that work perfectly in it and hold >10 9mm rounds. Even prints off the RCMP pages saying it's fine. A guys only concern is they mags are not marked at all. No part number, no 40 S&W, nothing. Is there any other precautions that could be taken?

If they have you paranoid about being caught/reported with em then the simple answer is to not load em past 10 at the range when others are around and keep the receipts if they show they were sold as .40sw mags.

Maybe I'm wrong, but wouldn't you have to rivet the mags so they can't hold more than 10?

Already lost the receipt, have the packages. Was just thinking they would be labeled. But I also have 9mm Pro mag ones that are not labeled as such. They look exactly the same with a rivet slightly lower
