Heads up guys (Ontario), according to the Ontario CFO (they replied to my email), there is a 6-month delay from the day your application is received.

  • This is for the people who mailed their application, not sure about the online application.

And yet there are people in ON who’ve mailed their application and got approved in 31 days.

The reply you got is either generic or target toward you specifically. Either way seems like a “fuck off” situation. A lot of other people who email the ON CFO get approved a couple of days later (from recent reports both here and other forums).

Also waiting for mine, 42 days in, Online application.

I got that email response too a month in. Then got mine issued in 2.5 months.
