in july? damn, i applied in august i think, and my license came last week.

you can try to sign in here, it says you will be able to see your application status. If that doesn't work then they've got a contact us section, you can try that out.

Our applications were received at the same time…sent out last July, still waiting for it :D….did u send them mail or called them? Thanks!
